The terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Say It With A Sweetie. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
All goods can be added to your shopping trolley and quantities can be changed and goods removed before payment is made. Once you have finished making your selections you will be taken to PayPal’s secure server to make a credit/debit card payment.
Payments can also be made by BACS, cheque or postal order.
We offer a full refund or replacement on returned goods. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged. Postage costs are unrefundable. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to request a refund or exchange and goods must be returned within 7 days after your request.
On receipt of your goods from the haulier you will be asked to sign that your order has been received in good condition and has been undamaged during transportation. As such we cannot refund or replace any breakages during transportation if signed off upon receipt. Please check your order carefully and notify the haulier of any damage upon receiving the goods and list all breakages on the delivery note. In this instance we will offer a replacement or refund for all breakages.
We will only issue a full refund on postage costs if your order is cancelled prior to delivery or we have made an error with your order.
Personalised products cannot be refunded after production. If you change your mind pre-production then you will receive a full refund including postage. If labels have already been produced then a cost of £35.00 will be deducted from your refund.
All of our products are hand-made and occasionally mistakes are made. If we have made an error on any of our personalised products we will then either produce it again at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
Deliveries on large orders are made using a haulier on a 3 day service. Next day delivery is available at an additional cost, please enquire first if you need your goods next day.
Please ensure that you are available to take receipt of your delivery and that the address supplied is correct. If you are not available when the hauliers make your delivery you may incur additional charges for re-delivery.
Delivery is Free on orders over £750 – 50% discount for Ireland and Northern Scotland.
Wedding Favours and smaller, unbreakable items are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. These goods are dispatched within 48 hours.
Royal Mail postage costs are determined by weight. Special next day delivery is available on request at an extra charge.
Although we have most items in stock please allow up to 3 weeks for any items not in stock. If any items are urgently needed we will do our utmost to provide them for you as soon as possible, please check availability before ordering.
Personalised products cannot be a stock item so please allow up to 3 weeks for production.
